Bloomquist Golden is a very tall and busy dahlia. Last year it was one of my first to bloom and it seemed to produce a never-ending stream of stems.
The center is a cute golden button, while the petals are a light gold with hints of raspberry around the edges.
My favorite thing about this dahlia: I LOVE anemone dahlias and this one is an early bloomer and churns out a ton of blooms all season long. If harvest early enough, they have a decent vase life. Plus, they add texture to any bouquet.
