Raspberry J is a strong and reliable bloomer that produces an abundance of bright red raspberry blooms all summer long. The flowers sported a cute green center that disappear as the bloom mature. The blooms were a gorgeous and perfect round shape.
This was a new addition to my collection in 2023 and it was one of my first varieties to bloom. It bloomed consistently all season long
The color of Raspberry J all season remained a consistent bright red with hints of raspberry.
My favorite thing about this dahlia: The bloom shape is absolutely amazing.
Bloom size: Medium - 3 to 4 inches
Height: Tall - The plant got taller than 4.5 feet in height.
Tuber rating: 10/10 - produces decent tubers
