Veronica is a perennial cut flower, meaning it shouldn’t have a problem surviving our Pacific Northwest winters and should bloom year after year. (It also should bloom during its first season.)
Planting tips: Veronica likes well draining, fertile soil and should be spaced about 9” apart.
Harvesting: If you want to cut veronica for a bouquet, cut the branch all the way to the ground to encourage additional growth. (Cut when ⅓ of the branch’s blooms are open.)
